1 piece of Swai (fish sold in super market)
1 egg, wisked with a fork
1 tsp of garlic salt (put in wisked eggs)
1/2 cup of flour
1 cup of panko bread crumbs
Recipe:
- Lay fish in flour, once it is covered comprehensively on both sides, run it through the wisked egg.
- Bread in Panko crumbs
- Bake on 400 on a greased baking sheet for 15 minutes, be sure not to overcook. Fish should slice tenderly when ready.
