Black Beans and Rice with a Twist
Ingredients:
1 can of Black Beans
1 cup of brown rice
1 handful of black rice
Cilantro
Minced Garlic
Grinded Sea Salt and Pepper
1/2 a can of diced tomatoes with chiles
1 handful of Kale
Recipe:
- Cook rice as per package directions.
- In microwavable bowl, combine black beans, tomatoes, kale, cilantro and spices. Cover bowl and microwave for about 5 minutes.
- When rice is cooked, put black bean kale mixture in it, and serve!
