Lemonade Stand Pie
8 Servings
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of country time lemonade drink mix (raspberry, strawberry, or regular)
1/2 cup of water
1 pint (2 cups) of Breyers Vanilla Ice Cream (softened)
1-8oz. tub of Cool Whip
1 prepared Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Pie Crust (6 oz. or 9 in.)
Recipe:
- Stir drink mix and water until dissolved
- Beat lemonated mixture and ice cream in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until blended.
- Gently stir in whipped topping until smooth
- Freeze ntil mixture mounds, if necessary. Spoon into crust
- Freeze 4 hours or overnight until mixture is firm. Let stand for 15 minutes at room temperature or until pie can be cut easily
- Garnish with lemon slices
- Enjoy!
